Once upon a time there were two PR/marketing professionals who were sitting on a wealth of
powerful insider PR secrets…
They thought it wasn’t fair that only the “Big Guys” could access this information to get more customers and make more sales…
So they created PR in a Box — and small businesses thrived happily ever after!
Hi! We’re Melissa McAfee and Erin Whalen and we’re the driving force behind PR in a Box — the complete do-it-yourself kit that provides agency-style PR in a simplified package you can start using right away to create a buzz around your business and make more sales.
We created PR in a Box because we realized that the industry of public relations has long held too many secrets.
Very few people even understand how public relations can benefit their business. Those who have some knowledge of public relations often view it as a high-priced, unnecessary service that only large-scale, profitable companies can use.
Others have had bad experiences with PR firms that charged inflated prices and then spent too much time strategizing — and not enough time delivering results.
But you don’t have to spend large amounts of money on PR in order to get a great return on your efforts. In fact, getting the word out about your business can be a lot more cost-effective than you might think — and you can see a huge return on your investment, IF you know how to do it right.
Here’s what most PR firms don’t want you to know
You can easily do your own public relations if you take the time to learn a a few tricks, practice some writing, and familiarize yourself with basic industry rules. Public relations can and will provide success for your business faster than any other part of your business model — but you need strong deliverables in order to achieve measurable results.
And that is what we show you how to achieve in PR in a Box!
Public relations DOES translate into sales. It translates into more traffic to your website, more customers in your door, and greater profit margins. It’s not as difficult to implement as most PR professionals would have you believe, and it’s well worth the effort.
